Unsolicited materials. We do not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for content, and are not responsible for the similarity of any of our content in any media to materials or ideas sent to us.

Survival. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
